The Statement of Work
The first stage of our creative process is defining the client’s objectives to determine the amount of time required to complete the project, or any special requirements or conditions.

Compensation
Before design and development commences, a deposit on total cost of 50% is required. A production schedule will be submitted and adhered to by our team. A draft of the design will be submitted at defined intervals and will require the client to sign off. Three free revisions of agreed-to design are allowed if not represented as initially defined. If client wishes to change design concept, additional fees may be incurred. The balance of 50% is due upon delivery of product.

Progress Report
A detailed memo or progress report is sent by email after each meeting with client to confirm expectations.
